01 What Echo Glitch is

Echo Glitch sells implementation playbooks — written works read in the browser through a customer account — and publishes articles and research. These terms govern the site, your account, and your access to purchased playbooks.

02 Accounts

You need an account to buy and to read. Keep the credentials to yourself: the account is the licence, and everything read on it is attributed to it. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us immediately if you believe it is compromised.

03 What buying gets you

Buying a playbook grants your account a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to read it on this site, for as long as Echo Glitch operates. Editions and corrections published later are included at no charge. You may take notes and quote reasonable excerpts with attribution.

It is a licence, not a file: nothing is emailed, there is no file to keep, and access cannot be resold, shared, scraped, or republished. Systematic copying, credential sharing, and automated extraction are the things that end a licence early (§06).

04 Payments

Prices are shown in INR, inclusive of tax unless stated otherwise, and are processed by Razorpay. A purchase is complete when Razorpay confirms capture to us; your library reflects it within moments. Invoices are issued automatically with each paid purchase. Refunds are governed by the refund policy.

05 Intellectual property

The playbooks, the research, the writing, and this site's design remain Echo Glitch's property. Systems and processes you build by following a playbook are yours entirely — that is the point of a playbook.

06 Suspension and termination

We may suspend or revoke access for credential sharing, scraping, redistribution, or chargeback abuse. We will say why, in writing. Honest-mistake cases get a warning first; wholesale redistribution does not.

07 Warranties and liability

Playbooks are practical writing, not professional advice, and outcomes depend on execution and context. We do not promise specific revenue or business results — no honest publisher can. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the playbook concerned.

08 Service changes

We can change the site and the reader. If Echo Glitch ever winds down, we will give purchasers at least ninety days' notice and a reasonable way to retain the substance of what they bought.
